Dysport

Dysport became available in the United States about one year ago. It has been available in Europe for many years. It is essentially the same thing as Botox although there are some very slight differences. Dysport seems to take effect slightly more quickly than Botox. The duration of effect seems to be the same for both. Dysport seems to spread more easily than Botox. In some areas spread is good, in other areas spread could be harmful. In general I have found that the two can be used interchangeably.
